At Herbalicious Bliss/Earth SOUL Ministry, every seat is held with intention. If life shifts and you find you need to step back, we want to hear from you first — before anything is processed. Lyra handles every cancellation personally. She will reach out directly to understand what's getting in the way and to find the path that serves you best. A note on refunds: All services and products are donation-based, and donations are non-refundable as a general policy. That said, we never simply process a cancellation and move on — genuine alternatives are always offered, shaped around your specific situation. That might mean access to session recordings, a 50% coupon toward a future product or service, or a transfer to an upcoming event."
